JunoShowers wants to solve any problem you may encounter with a product. We offer a manufacturer's warranty on every shower heads, shower systems or faucets.

What is covered:
JunoShowers warrants our products to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, workmanship, and finish. Our factory warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser from the beginning of retail purchase. Our warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. We will not be liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the purchase of this product.

What is not covered:
This warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any other product used in connection with this product. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product. This warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage due to misuse of the product. This warranty does not cover LED lights on any products such as shower heads, faucets, etc.

What we will do:
JunoShowers at its discretion will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable 1-year warranty period, any part that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, we may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Any labor charges incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, install or remove this product are not covered by this warranty. We shall not be liable for any damage to the product resulting from reasonable wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect or improper or incorrectly performed installation, maintenance or repair, including failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions. JunoShowers recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be made available for all warranty claims.

Our goal at JunoShower is 100% customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will help you to return your purchase. Our goal is to make returns or exchanges as easy as possible.

Product Return Policy:Returns for bathroom faucets, LED showers, sensor faucets, shower systems, and other products can be processed if the following steps are followed:

Returned item(s) must be unused and unblemished by any trials, or other signs of wear & tear. Original packaging must all be retained.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Product returned for refund/credit is subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Refund of the final invoice price (minus shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee) will be issued.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Labor, installation, surcharges, or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Returns for merchandise received as part of a “free shipping” offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise less actual outbound shipping charges.

Refund or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from receipt of your order and according to listed guidelines.

Please open the boxes immediately after delivery and check for damage.

Previously Installed Products:A product that has been installed, modified, or has missing parts cannot be returned to us. The merchandise may qualify under a Manufacturer’s Warranty or guarantee, and we will be happy to assist you with this process.

Special Orders: Special orders must be paid for, in full, in advance and are non-returnable. No refund can be issued for special ordered items.

If a product you receive has shipping damage, then you must report the damage to us within 4 days of UPS/FedEx delivery so we can provide a replacement.
